DIANA BUONOMO LA ROSSA è nata a Napoli il 10.gennaio 1963 dove si è laureata con 110/lode nel 1987 presso la facoltà di Architettura discutendo la tesi "Metodi per un modello di rischio sismico" relatore Prof. Ing. Paolo Belli.
Ha superato l'esame di abilitazione alla libera professione nell'anno1988.
Dallo stesso anno è iscritta all'albo degli Architetti di Napoli e Provincia al n. 4229.
Dopo la laurea, ha continuato lo studio dei problemi relativi al rischio sismico connesso alla pianificazione territoriale presso il L. U.P. T. (Laboratorio di Urbanistica e Pianificazione Territoriale), ha inoltre collaborato presso l ' istituto di Scienza delle Costruzioni della facoltà di Architettura all'attività didattica del Prof. Ing. Paolo Belli.
Come libero professionista, ha collaborato con vari studi professionali
(ing. Leopoldo de Lieto,ing. Luigi Adriani) interessandosi prevalentemente
delle problematiche relative al consolidamento e ristrutturazione di edifici
in muratura ricadenti in zona sismica, nonchè a progetti di risistemazione
urbana (parcheggi,riorganizzazione rete viaria etc..)
In particolare ha collaborato alla redazione dei
