Brampton- Hiring 14 Years Old

: E 'on line the new rules of the Prize' Maria Baiocchi 'for the best thesis and post-graduate degree in gender studies


Award "Maria Baiocchi" for the best thesis and post-graduate degree in gender studies is now in its seventh edition and is the only example in Italy a link between LGBT and academic research.

Its premise is that research on gender identity and sexual orientation is a potential for innovation in all fields of knowledge and at the same time, that research is an element of cultural and civil growth at every level.

The initiative aims to survey and collect the prize, but also encourage and promote the works that are produced in the LGBT Italian universities:

classes of competition and their awards: *

a prize of € 1,000 for the best thesis of the first level;
* 1 prize of € 1,000 for the best thesis of the second level; *
a scholarship of € 2,500 for the best master's thesis or doctoral research.

young scholars can participate graduates on issues of sexual orientation, gay, lesbian, bi-and trans-sexual, in the humanities (history, legal and social), economic, medical and psychological care, and in particular: * the first

class competition (level I) any person who has discussed a three-year degree thesis, the academic 2008/2009, at Italian universities or from the Italian offices of foreign universities or international, with offices in Italy;

* the second class of the competition (level II) who have discussed a thesis degree, Masters-old system, since 2008/2009 academic year, at Italian universities or from the Italian offices of foreign universities or international, with offices in Italy;

* the third class of competition (Research) who has discussed a master thesis (first or second level) or doctoral search without time restrictions at Italian or foreign universities or at the Italian offices of foreign universities or international, with offices in Italy.

Non può essere ammesso con la stessa tesi, chi abbia già partecipato alle precedenti edizioni del Premio “Maria Baiocchi”

Le tesi dovranno pervenire alla sede dell’associazione – DGP, Via Costantino, 82 00145 Roma – sia in formato cartaceo (rilegato) in duplice copia, sia in formato digitale (word/pdf) entro e non oltre la data del 13 maggio 2011, con l’indicazione sul plico «concorso lgbt studies».
